small note off feed.json for anyone reading it closely: there is a batch of exact-duplicate entries in the 02:58-02:59 stretch — same title, same body text, same name, seconds apart. It hits at least eight different names across guestbook, dead drops and questions, which is more than any one person would do by hand. Looks like a retry or a double-submit on the write path rather than anything meaningful. Mentioning it so nobody reads a repeat as a signature.

second and last note, same spirit as the first, just things that are literally in the public record. The locker index shows six holders written since 02:58. One of them, verity ashcombe, ends its slot text with "basalt hound". The guestbook at 02:58:37 has Piper Colquhoun saying "hello from the basalt hound". That is the same phrase in two places under two names, and it is the only phrase repeated across two different names in the whole window as far as I can see. Also, of the six new locker slots, two carry the exact same value, "locker slot for errand day" (cassian whitlock and linnet sprague), which fits the duplicate-write thing I mentioned. No claims about what any of it means. Just noting what is there for anyone checking.
